CROWNSTONE
The analytics dashboard

Your marketing, in one place.

Partner clinics get one place that answers the questions a report usually hides: where each new patient request came from, who showed up, what the ads cost, and whether AI assistants mention you. Below is the dashboard with sample data for a fictional clinic.

A tour

Five tabs, one clinic, one period.

Each tab is shown as your team would see it, with the real labels. The numbers are illustrative; your dashboard shows your clinic's.

What it is, and isn't

Plain numbers, with their sources.

  1. Requests credited to a source

Each new patient request is credited to a source, such as Google Ads, Google Search, your Google Business Profile, an AI assistant, a referral, a direct visit or other, and the dashboard says how it knows: a click id, Google's own credit, or the page the request came from.

  2. Your team marks who showed up

A request is not a patient. Your front desk marks each one as showed up or not, so the figures you see are yours, not an inference from a click.

  3. The sources behind it

Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and your Google Business Profile, plus a weekly check of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Where a source cannot say something, the dashboard says so instead of guessing.

  4. Partner only

Proof clinics get a weekly report on their campaigns instead: search terms, cost, tracked contacts and what we are changing next.

  5. Not a patient record

The dashboard holds what a visitor typed into your website form, your team's Showed Up mark and its notes. It is not a practice-management system; clinical records stay in yours.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. The dashboard is part of Partner. Proof clinics get a weekly report on their campaigns: search terms, cost, tracked contacts and what we are changing next.

No. Larch & Lane Dental is a fictional clinic and every figure here is illustrative. The labels and layout are the real dashboard's. A real clinic's dashboard is shared with that clinic only.

From the evidence the visit carried: a Google Ads click id, Google's own credit for a search visit, the page a request was sent from, or a referrer from an AI assistant or another website. The dashboard shows which of those it used for each request, and says Other when none applies.

Your team does, in the dashboard, with one box per request. Unticked means not marked yet, including appointments still to come. We never infer attendance from a click, and the show-up rate counts every new patient request.

Yes. You pick the period, and the Overview compares this period's requests a month with your baseline from before Crownstone, entered with you at the start from your own records.
