Sending an acquisition-review request does not book a meeting, create a paid engagement or give us permission to access your clinic's systems. We agree the review arrangements with you separately. Before paid work begins, we confirm the scope and service terms in writing.

Our Pricing page describes Proof and Partner, including fees and the conditions of our guarantees. These Website Terms do not cancel or reduce those published promises, change an agreed service scope, or amend an existing client agreement. Payment, cancellation, refunds and service delivery belong in the applicable service agreement and approved offer terms.

You may browse the website, share links and use its information to evaluate our services. Please use it lawfully and respect other people's rights.

Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the website's operation, introduce malicious software or attempt to access restricted systems or information without authorization.

Send only information you are authorized to share. Keep public inquiries to general business information. Do not send patient names, health information, clinical records, passwords or account credentials through the website or our general inquiry email.

We use inquiry information to handle your request as described in our Privacy policy. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to Crownstone or grant permission to use it in our advertising. Marketing-email signup is a separate, optional choice.

Website materials may include Crownstone material and third-party material subject to its own rights and licence terms. Nothing on this website gives you ownership of another party's content, trademarks or other intellectual property.

For permission to reproduce or adapt Crownstone material beyond uses permitted by law or an applicable licence, contact hello@crownstonemarketing.com. Third-party permissions must come from the relevant rights holder.

We may update these Website Terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The published Terms will show their update date. We retain prior versions and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes to this page do not retroactively amend a signed client agreement.
